Our story

Vincenzo’s Italian Bistro opened August 1, 2022 in the beautiful Marriott Courtyard, oceanside, located at 414 Santa Rosa Blvd. on Okaloosa Island. After a post pandemic related closing of one of the better Italian restaurants in the Fort Walton Beach, Vincenzo’s Italian Bistro recognized the need for quality Italian dining in our community.

With a sincere commitment to quality and dining excellence, Vincenzo’s‘s and head chef Aashish Patange, are dedicated to bringing you outstanding food and service.

Vincenzo’s Italian Bistro has an exciting and appealing atmosphere with stunning view of the Gulf of Mexico.

Situated on floor level one, 20 feet above the covered parking below, Vincenzo’s contemporary decor features floor to ceiling glass views of the coastal dunes and emerald coast waters that have won acclaim across the nation. The courtyard outback glows bright with light each night and invites you to relax, enjoy and partake in great food, drinks, live entertainment and our exciting and vibrant gulf coast atmosphere.

  Thank you so much for the amazing food, cocktails, and hospitality!!! Melinda and Michael were so amazing. Michael makes the best expresso martinis I’ve ever had in my entire life!!! Melinda recommend the bacon wrapped scallops and they were on point!! We had the snapper and the chicken marsala. It was incredible! Thank you thank you thank you!!

  Great atmosphere with a stunning view and live local musicians! Michael makes great drinks with friendly, prompt service! The food along with the bread service was soooo delicious! We highly recommend  coming here! My husband is Italian and loved it!  Prices are reasonable too for the meal size.I  couldn't finish mine,  so  had yummy leftovers the next day! Come for a meal and stay for the ambiance!! Wish we were here longer!!

  We are locals and heard about this restaurant. I also read some of the reviews so, I really didn’t know what to expect. Well, our experience was excellent!! The service and attention from Michael was perfect. We ordered and appetizer (prosciutto wrapped shrimp) and it came out quickly, it was hot, and it was delicious. We had the veal parmigiana and chicken carbonara for dinner. Both were excellent, arrived in a timely fashion and were very hot. We then had a cannoli and a piece of tiramisu for dessert. Needless to say, we had leftovers! While the prices did seem a bit high, having enough for two leftover meals made it worthwhile. My only suggestion would be to have a more appropriate wine selection. I highly doubt anyone wants to order a $110+ bottle of wine there. The wine selection was either a WAY too expensive bottle or a wildly overpriced regular bottle. Would definitely recommend eating here and we will be going back!

  Party of 4 tonight had a fantastic experience! Lance was our server he was professional, attentive and accommodating, really could not have asked for more. Food was fantastic reasonably priced and the ambiance was very nice! We were skeptical from some of the negative reviews, but we highly recommend!
